Instructional Coaches The Instructional Coaches are in charge of staff development and serve as a resource for teachers, students and parents at our school. Their particular expertise is in the area of literacy and math. In addition, the Instructional Coach mentors all first, second and third year teachers new to Littleton Public Schools. Meet Mrs. Andrews - Instructional Coach My name is Lindsay Andrews and I am an Instructional Coach at East Elementary. I am a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with B.S. degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. My Master's degree is in reading from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I have been a classroom teacher for grades Kindergarten, 2nd and 3rd grades and have been a reading specialist for grades K-7. I have served as a Literacy Resource Teacher at East Elementary for 2 years and am starting my 6th year as an Instructional Coach.

I am a graduate of Illinois State Univerisity with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education and Special Ed. My Master's degree is in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in English as a Second Language from The University of Colorado, Denver. I have been a Title I Math teacher at East for 16 years. Half of my position is with Math Recovery.
